Marsha Hearn-Lindsey is the program coordinator for Bethany’s Feast. She holds a Master of Science in Management from Indiana Wesleyan University. Marsha served as Chief Operations Officer/Vice President of Operation for Day Nursery Association from 1992 to 2016 where she successfully managed eleven centers, while maintaining full NAEYC accreditation, and Level 4 on Indiana’s Paths to Quality rating system.  She Coordinated, implemented, and directed professional development opportunities for the center’s entire staff. Marsha also worked closely with community partners (including IPS, Goodwill, and YMCA) on fundraising and sustainability plans and served as consultant and mentor to several programs on the topics of Management and Program Compliance.

Wanda Kaiser is the Accountant for Bethany’s Feast. She has worked with Bethany’s Feast for over 4 years.  She is a CPA and holds a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Indiana University. She served in various positions in banking for 18 years, which included Assistant Vice President of Accounting for National City Corporation in Indianapolis. She then served as CFO of Day Nursery Association, currently know as Early Learning Indiana for 17 years. Over her 44 years working in the accounting field, she has spent the last 24 years volunteering and consulting with many childcares and non-profits.   During this time, she has helped many programs strengthen their accounting policies and operational procedures.

Molly Manley is the CACFP monitor and recruiter for Bethany’s Feast. She has been with Bethany’s Feast for over 4 years. Molly has 28 years’ experience in ECE which includes experience in operating a family childcare home, teaching in an early childhood classroom and 12 years working for Child Care Answers CACFP as a coordinator and monitor. While working with the CCA program Molly helped over 140 childcare home providers to succeed on the Child and Adult care program.
